SCHEDULING AN INITIAL CONSULTATION

Appointments can be made by calling the office directly (516-418-2730) or online by using the Practice Fusion portal.

Please note that the link below is for requesting a tentative appointment.  Appointments are not confirmed until after an initial phone screening.  Expect a call within one business day of making the request.

New patient visits require a 2-hour block and are typically scheduled on Mondays.  If a different day is needed, please call the office directly.
